Hi there, well thought I would post my weigh ins
I decided that just on 2mnths ago that what was it, had enough of been over wieght and FAT and that it needs to go!!
So far up to today I have lost just on 7.2kgs!!
1st MG: 70kg
I have struggled with my wieghtloss from when I had my first child....and after my bday in July I thought thats it, had enough it has to go!!
Slowly but surely wins the race
I still have about 20kg to go to get to my main goal...my next goal is only 7kgs away!!
I CAN DO THIS!!
I have a excerise routine now which is walking, zumba and the gym and I try do this any of this 4-5times a week...I lOVE exercsing!! which is really hard for me to get my head around as I have never liked doing much excerise in the past! lol
I took a photo the other day of me and thought wow I can see a difference from all this hard work!!
I now watch what I eat very strictly as I have a very sweet tooth, but slowly getting past that now YAY for me!!
