This is the begining. Tomorrow the long over due lifestyle shake up starts! No more skipping breaky just to get those extra 5 mins sleep, no more snacking on foods just because they are there and oh so yummy.

sw- 108kg
gw- 60

1st mini goal 99kg!- want to achive by christmas!
2nd mini goal 92kg
3rd mini goal 80kg
4th mini goal 69kg

Good luck Krystal _Lee :) sounds like you are really motivated, good girl :)

I think the most important meal is breakfast so it is very important to get out of bed for it!
Do you like Oats - they are very healthy and filling. You can also buy flavoured Oats that are in their
own individual sachets so that the portion size is enough.

Another good breaky is wholemeal toast with tomato and pepper.
Or two pieces of Fruit toast (however i tend to feel like over eating fruit toast as its so yummy!!!)
when you lose a few kilos/pounds You will feel so good to be in control of the food you are eating and
well and truly in control of life.

Let me know what foods you are having daily and i can help you is you want any advice?
