HELLO to everyone.
You lot have done Soooooo well with your weight loss. Be proud of yourselves.

I weighed in on Thursday after a very bad week diet wise!
Last week 64.3
This week 64.2 only .1 , at least it was a loss still :lol:

I will try VERY hard to be good this week, i promise.

Last week: 49.2kg
This morning: 49.1kg

A very strange phenomenon... I seem to always weigh less on the weekends. I wonder why that would be?? I think it is because I don't have the stresses of the week weighing me down! :lol:

:?

I'm changing my weigh in day for the 12 week challenge to Saturday instead of Friday lol.

Yes Kate, the bike is my new found friend at the gym.
I had some measurements taken today at the gym and not much has changed although my body fat is a bit down (last measurements were at the start of October). I have had some doubts on what I have been doing in terms of exercise and eating but I am going to keep going...I have come too far on this journey to turn back now.

well done fluffy! dont be disheartened! you have lost 21 kilos that is a tremendous effort! i hope i can keep going and have the same level of success as you have had! keep going!
