I have been on my weight loss journey for nearly a year now and have had my share of ups and down along the way.
I am currently going through a "down" and need to once again make myself accountable for my weight loss and efforts to make it happen.
Start (last week) - 20/10 - 73kgs
I will be weighing myself again tonight at the gym. I was a little naughty on the weekend but have trained hard so I am hopefully for a 0.5-1.0kg loss.
