Just read a website that said posting my progress on a forum would help me stay motivated so fingers crossed...
At the moment I weigh 102kg and hopefully by this time next week I'll be at least 2kg lighter
Overall I'm hoping to get down to 70kgs maybe by my 25th birthday in February...
Not sure what else I'm supposed to write so until next week...

Hi Gale86,

Good idea to join this forum :)
A great thing to do is to record all food you have eaten each day so that you have a summary of the
foods you are consuming so that you know where/if you are going wrong :) You could also include
exercise you are doing or the way you are feeling with your progress. It is good that you have your goal and i am here to
keep replying if you want some advice or help with your eating habits or exercise advice.
