When compared with previous weigh ins this week was a bit disappointing, but I really can't complain - most people would be overjoyed with 1.4kg loss for the week.
My daughter brought a large salad platter over for my birthday on Wednesday and I ate more than twice as much as usual for that lunch, and then I had the same for tea. So triple normal amount and a lot more chicken and cheese than I would have normally had. Then the weather turned hot and my body started storing fluid.
I know excuses, excuses!
I did reach the end of year goal of 134 - but it would have been nice to have ended the year with a 25kg loss (missed it by 250g
