I lost a lot of focus over the last couple of months (but not much weight
) but at least I did lose some (about 4 kilo)
Eating habits have changed and I am only exercising once a day rather than twice. I think I need to visit here at least once a week just keep myself on the straight and narrow. The fact that I have been socializing more than I was before is not helping - need to get the right balance.
Weight this morning is 119.7 which is almost exactly the halfway point to my target. I have revised my monthly targets to take into consideration the lull in weightloss and downgraded my monthly expectation. Target is still possible by end of the year if I extract the digit.
