I thought I had been doing reasonable ok this week with my diet, I knew I could have done better as I did not really do any exercise but had been making good food choices. But I obviously was not doing as good as I expected cause I GAINED 900g!! :twisted: I am angry and upset about this result. I want to scream and cry! I hate myself for chosing not to exercise when I had the oportunity to do some and not making better food choices. I had been working hard on my snacking issues and have been sticking to having 3 meals with 2 snacks of just fruit, have been having cerial for breakfast, a salad wrap for lunch most days (went out wednesday for lunch though), and a reasonably healthy dinner... ok, so I know my dinners could have been better- eg made some enchaladas one night but thought I had altered the recepie enough to make it healthy!

Will have to be extra strict for a bit, will use calorieking and record exactly what I am having and see if that helps me

I know how your feeling, but you must try not to beat yourself up about it, just stop picture yourself looking fantastic at your goal weight and start again. Your doing fantastic and dont let one bad week ruin many good weeks! Keep up the great work hopefully this week is better for you!
