Ok so I have decided that doing a weekly weigh in will hopefully keep me motivated in my challenge to lose 10k.
So I weighed myself first thing this morning and I was 68.8k!
I am hoping get down to 60k....I would like to lose this before I go on my holiday in March. But I'm hoping to lose the 10k before that...just got to stay strong!! I'm already having bad food thoughts and its only day 2!!
