"They" say that 0.5 to 1kg a week is a healthy and sustainable amount to lose so you are off to a great start. The only thing I can tell you is that the only way to get there is to keep going and keep setting yourself goals. The secret is persevering no matter how depressed you are feeling about it. You can do it.
