2 kg lost. Well, don't know how I did that with all the cheating and little exercise I did this week. But Im not complaining.

i didnt get to weigh in tonight because my car broke down :(
my home scales said i put on .5 for the week

more water and exercise this week!!

There's some awesome losses out there this week, It's fantastic to see..

Last Week 76kgs
This Week 74.2kgs
Total loss 1.8kgs


For those that aren't so happy with there loss, it's ok it's a new week. :D :D
Expectations are only worth living up to if there your own!!!!!

sorry to hear about your car beck. i swear it has something to do with corollas, i have one too and its a piece of rubbish!! best wishes for next week!

Hi Beck I wouldn't be too concerned with your scales...do you know if they match your normal weigh-in scales?? If not, I would wait until you get to weigh-in on the proper scales (You are on WW aren't you?? If so, is it possible to make it to another meeting time?) Any way keep your chin up and keep pluggin' mate.

Hey Pen, same with you matey, keep going!!

Bel...well done matey that is an excellent loss!!! (Kate, whatever Bel's secret is I think you know it too!!! LOL)

Well I surprisingly had a loss this week. Spent a few nights at the pub, didn't exercise a lot and had a really bad evilly cream based pub meal, but I still lost.
Last week: 100kg
This week: 99kg

YAY ME I'M IN THE DOUBLES!!!!!!
