Well I had my first weigh in today. 86.2 so i've lost 0.6kg.
I'm fairly happy with that, as i ate out twice last week.
I think i'm going to have to change my weigh in day to Friday, as i seem to "slacken off" a little over the weekends.
My ultimate goal weight is 72kg.
I'm setting mini goals at 5kg.
The first one is to be 81.8 be 25th February, then 77 by end of April for my 20th Wedding Anniversary.
Ok, another week begins and i intend to increase my excercise routine by walking at lunchtime (if weather permits).
