Had a good week despite eating that donut and the associated packet of malteasers and chinese dinner on Saturday night... god hardly sounds like the diary of a woman trying to lose weight does it?
And yet - ive lost over a kilo this week - 1.5 kilos in fact.
Current weight - 84.6 kg
Have been busting my butt at the gym this week in light of my partial eating binges. And even the days that i do occassionally eat that crap, i try to stay below 5000kj. I can only assume that the junk food may have ignited my matabolism to work harder... i dunno. A shock to the system perhaps.
Anyway, onwards and upward (and downward on the scale). Until next week
