Loss since last week - 1.5kg
After a bad start to last week - Wednesday flagged a renewed effort. I got my mind back in the game and got to the gym 4 times before weigh in and relisted the help of the old food diary to keep me on track - it clearly worked.
Happy with the continued loss. Thats a total loss of 15kg in 11 weeks.
