I've lost the 400g that i put on last week, plus a teeny bit extra.
I've cut way back on all the pantry-naughties, i've amped the exercise.. but i've been eating hot chips
When will i learn?
I saw myself in a full length mirror while getting changed at someones house... I didn't realise that i was bigger then the smallest person on Biggest Loser Australia!! Now THAT came as a big surprise. Guess i was fooling myself as well as trying to fool everyone else. Wake up call!!
Went shopping and got upset about all the clothes that were out of my size zone.. but then it dawned on me... with every step in the shop, i was walking. I was sipping water (not coke) and i wasn't eating anything. Just walking and drinking water... if i keep it up i WILL be able to wear those clothes off the rack!!! O MY GOD the opportunity is RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW!!
I was so thrilled about the concept of exercising myself slim, i walked (slowly with lots of breaks) for SIX HOURS in that mall!!!!
Three trolleys worth of goodies and a layby later i felt thin and fabulous. Came home, got on the scales and saw 120 kg. Note to self: NEVER weigh in with a full stomach!
Thankfully the scales were my friends again by morning (empty stomach!!)

Week one: gained 0.4kg
Week two: lost 0.6kg
Week three: back to original weight
