Definitely an 80's gal now with NO plans of ever seeing the 90's again

A small loss but a loss nonetheless! Not bad considering I had a beer festival on Saturday
Glad to be back into the healthy lifestyle and won't be drinking like that again any time soon

Good to see another loss Shelley.
It is important for you to keep clocking up these losses no matter what the size.
What is helpful is the momentum that success upon success brings.
It is the habit of success that drives us when the going gets tough and see us through.
