Hey Tash!

Welcome and thank you! :D I definitely am. I'm no stranger to the 90's but this time it HAS to stick and it just feels far more rewarding knowing it is the FINAL time. Good luck with your weight loss goals and we're always here to lend a hand! :)

Thanks JP, I'm very happy! I'm not sure if I'll see the 80's this week but even if I get really close, next week will be a definite 80's figure ;)

Great result...sometimes things just take a little time to fall into place...but if you did the work the body will eventually surrender the results. :D

Good work - now chase it up with another one.

Thanks Kim! Much appreciated, as always :)

It's that mindset more than anything, to not get discouraged when the scales are playing silly buggers

Will see what the scales hold for me on Thursday!

It is ALL about the mind! The exercise and eating is easy (ok...easier) but the battle is with that muscle between the ears!

Looking forward to your weigh in on Thursday! :D

I really, really did! Plus the weight loss has seen my energy levels climbing so the exercise has been great!

Definitely proud of myself, I worked extra hard last week to hit my exercise goals for another challenge I'm doing and this week looks like yet another full on exercise week!

Thanks Kim!

To the 80's and beyonddddd! :)

I weighed yesterday because I had the worst weekend of my life and haven't really been eating. A lot of crappy personal stuff that has just broken my heart. So yeah, 89.4kg yesterday but I don't know what the numbers will bring for weigh in Thursday as I'm still stressed out of my mind and can't really eat much, didn't exercise on the weekend, could barely sleep, just so tired. I want to still exercise the next 3 days, even if it's only a short walk and watching the food too. No comfort eating in sight so far.

OMG my friend I envy you so much for that number! I intend on working my way to the 80s in the ff 2 months. I am doing it for my own sanity. M so sorry that u r going through a rough patch but you are at the very least on ur best behaivor with ur weightloss journey! It is so easy to be destructed when you going through hard times personally! This is a good thing my friend! Keep ur chin up and I hope all comes right soon!

Again big ups to u for not eating ur feelings away! That's the worst thing about rough patches. They can be very disturbing on our journey
