Like most weight losses...it isn't as bad as you feared but wasn't as much as you had hoped!

You are on the right track now...if you continue on that path you will have a very good weigh in next week. 8)

Keep at it - success is within reach!

Hey Shelley, if the week was as bad as you say then perhaps 800g isn't too terrible, it could have been worse? so don't beat yourself up.
Think of it as a slight deviation but that you're back on track now, and next week you'll remedy the damage done in that naughty week. I know you can, but more importantly WILL turn this around! GO SHELLEY!!!

Very true, Diva. It could have been a lot worse if I hadn't had two good eating days and exercised 3 out of 7 days. But it needs to be better and I don't want to make any more excuses, no matter how hard life is. I need to put all that negative, anxiety stuff at the back of my mind ie, solicitors, paperwork etc and focus on the positives like being fit and healthy and losing some more kg's and enjoying the time I have to spend relaxing and de-stressing.

Just need to take deep breaths when I'm feeling overwhelmed (like today) and go one step at a time...

It will be better, I'm determined! Now if only my legs would work properly again so I can do more than half an hour exercise

Heading to Coolangatta on Saturday after my PT session, hopefully I'll get time to fit in a beach walk before I pop in to see a tattooist about designing my tattoo. Will stay prepared on the food front to avoid snacking, bring on a new number this week!

Nothing says forever as a tattoo unless its a covering tattoo!

The new beginnings isn't the tattoo - it is the new body that you are creating! 8)

Remember each day is a new beginning. What was yesterday doesn't really matter (whether it was a loss or a gain!) - what matters is what are you going to do with the potential of the day before you! :D
