Excellent result Shelley! What is so good about it is that it was achieved under so much fire. With that experience under your belt, it gives you confidence that no reversal is going to stop your momentum to a better future! 8)

All power to you! :D

Hey JP, the long weekend was good. A bit wayward with food but I did get out of the house a lot more and saw friends which was good. I went to Springbrook yesterday and it was freezing and windy and now I'm all sniffly and have a sore throat :( No gym tonight, don't want to risk it or a walk in the cold air. Lots of sleep and good wholesome food should fix me right up.

I'm getting there, it's a long road but I'm slowly getting the perspective I need...

Happy for you, it's great when all the hard work pays off and just imagine the losses if you picked up on the exercise side of things?

Haven't used this thread in awhile! Time to change that!

LW: 91.7kg
TW: 91kg

A loss of 700g, yay!!! I'm so happy about this considering my drinking Saturday night and wayward eating Sunday. But I got right back into it knowing there would be a reward for my efforts and it paid off! :)

Exactly! ;) Aiming high and aiming for those 80's next week! Would give me a leg up for the weeks to come :) My goal set out is 90.5kg but I'd really like to smash that...

You'll definitely smash that goal Shelley, and break through those 80's next week for sure!!

I'm off to make my beetroot salad with croutons (sooooooooooo yummy) and I'm having a (wait for it....) vegetarian pizza washed down with a glass of wine for dinner. I'm making the pizza myself, and I usually load it with yummy root veggies. It's so nice that even my husband enjoys it and he's a real meat eater (won't touch veggies unless he ABSOLUTELY has to) but he enjoys it, and that over a nice glass of wine will top the evening!!! May even throw in a light chocolate mousse if I feel the need for a sweet after dinner, but because of the Kit Kat today, I probably won't need to bother; had my sugar fix and am happppyyyyyyyy!!! :D

Ohhhh pizza sounds amazing!!! Yum :) I have thai green curry for dinner and ice cream for after!

Vege pizzas are the best. I usually do a really simple pizza on lebanese bread with cheese and strips of capsicum and the edges brushed with olive oil and garlic. Sooooo good! And a nice glass of wine to boot, sounds lovely! Enjoy ;)

Thai green curry.......drool!!!!

I use Lebanese bread as my base too!!! Though I stack it FULL of healthy capsicum, olives, sundried tomato, spinach, sweet potato etc in buckles under the weight of veggies!!!
