Struggling :(

Postby Kc83 » Tue Feb 08, 2011 2:13 pm

Been struggling all week with fluid retention. Been so sore around my legs and arms, bloated feeling as well. Did the skinny mini detox that seems to help a bit along with a few modifications to my lifestyle.

8th Feb weigh in :79.5kgs :? ( Been trying hard and was expectine at least 1 kgs drop) Oh well at least a loss...

Plan: Hitting the gym regularly on mondays and fridays when hubby is away. And wednesdays as well when hubby is back home.
Fibre supplements and increase Potassium intake.
Targeting abt 40g of protein a day.

Goal: 1 kgs drop by next week. Fingers crossed.

Over a year now since my last post. Did not fit in those size 10 jeans last winter. Been such a long journey. After some health issues and handling a new parent's life, finally this year I am proud to say YES i will fit in those size 10 skinny jeans that has been sitting in a box since over 2 years!

Been hitting the gym since last july 2011 and hitting it even harder now. Its the most muscles I have had in my whole life! Lost about 10 kgs since July 2010 when I was 79kgs.

Health issues on track and couples with healthy eating I am now 69.7 kgs. Motivation is the key. Some days I felt soooo desperate but never gave up. The weight loss was slow but a loss is loss in the end.

What a success story!

Well done on dealing with
1. A new baby
1. Health issues
3. being overweight

Looks like you're getting on really well...just a bit longer than you can stick to it for life :)

Sighs...weightloss!

Postby Kc83 » Sun Sep 02, 2012 5:45 pm

Now sitting on 68kgs. Getting more definition but having trouble getting the abs ripped! My prob area which are the hips and legs have reached great shape! To my surprise! Pre baby was never an issue to have a flat tummy. I dont have lose skin...so definitely fat sitting there.

Introduced a fat burn tablet and changing program to more interval training cardio sessions.

3 most stubborn kilos I have ever met!grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
