Thanks guys - so far lost 2.4kgs this week - day 5 so extremely happy with that. The weekends are the hardest. Today i have to go to a luncheon so not sure what will be able to each but i will eat lunch today and have a soup for dinner tonight.
Tomorrow, i have to go out for my partners brithday to chinese so will have two meal replacents and try to steer clear of the rice and noodles and deep fried stuff.
I walk 1/2 hour each night with the dog and thats the only exercise i do but i feel really energetic and not tired. The dog always wakes me up at about midnight to go outside and my partner goes to work at 3am so my sleep is broken but i dont feel tired this week at all.
I drink loads of water which i always had so no need to give up coffee or tea. My meals at night consiste of rotation of grilled chicken, fish or small steak with salad or veges. I am just trying to give up the takeaways on weekends
