So I've been around here before. Twice. I've found out I need some support on my journey and I need to share my thoughts on weightloss as nobody's listening and doesn't care, except for the skinny girls at the office. As I'm a man, and weigh 94kg's, I don't really fit into their posse, and might better try my luck over here again ;)

So here's weigh in #1: 94 kg's

Even though I wasn't as strict on a diet as I should have been, I lost quite some weight. Over the past week I lost 1.7 kg's which is absolutely awesome. Only achieved by counting calories I must say, so I've hardly been exercising. Went cycling only once this past week.

SW: 94.0 kg's
CW: 92.3 kg's

Mini goal: March 16 - 91.2 kg's

Thats a good loss. Good on you for coming back here this is where I also get the drive to go on. People from here just keep me going.

So today was weigh in day.

SW: 94.0 kg's
Week 1: 92.3 kg's
CW: 91.9 kg's

I've only lost 0.4 kg's over the past week, but I can live with that. I've not found the time to go skipping rope yet, but will try tomorrow.

Hardly any loss this week, but I'm happy with any loss at all. I'm not sure why my body went into sleep mode, but yesterday was fun... I took the Wii and did a major workout on it. Never knew I was able to jog for 10 minutes straight... ;)

Only .2 loss this week, thanks to past Saturday. I had a birthday party and got a bit carried away. Even though, I've lost some weight which is great.

I'll probably lose some more in the upcoming week, due to my bike ride and losing the weight I put on Saturday.

Forgot to post yesterday, but am happy to report that last week was great. I should probably thank my awesome bike ride for that :D

SW: 94.0 kg's
Week 1: 92.3 kg's

Week 4: 91.5 kg's
CW: 90.9 kg's

So this week a loss of 0.6 kg's, which isn't all that bad. After my bike ride I hardly felt the need to eat, so I didn't. The hunger kicked in the day after and I've been eating quite a lot, even though I stuck below my max calories a day. Two days after the ride my body decided it should get a serious cold, so I'm sniffing and sneezing a lot now, but that's ok. Throat feels as if it's made of several kinds of sanding paper, which is pretty annoying though.
So basically, I need to ride more serious rides to get rid of some serious weight. The 80's are coming and I'm glad to see them as soon as possible. This Saturday I'm doing a 80-100km bike ride to scout the ride into and out of work. Each Tuesday I'm planning to ride the bike to work, each Saturday I'm planning to do a 80-100km ride.

Changed my diet this week, so my weight will probably go up, based on the kind of diet I am taking.

This week another 0.4 kg gain. I'm not worrying as Easter was pretty excessive ;) Today a birthday which will probably be kind of unhealthy as well. Tomorrow my own birthday which will be celebrated this Saturday. For those in the neighborhood, please pop by ;)

So as is obvious, I'm still pretty much finetuning my new diet as I'm apparently still burning too little for the amount of stuff I take in. I'm always saying I will do some Wii sessions, but it never happens unfortunately. I just can't find the time to fit them into my schedule.

Another positive development. I'll be dropping by a shrink tomorrow who will be enrolling me in group therapy. Why? Well... I've always been the chubby kid. I was always teased which led to more eating which led to more fat which led to more teasing which led to more eating which.... You get the point. So hopefully finally something good will come out of this. Always had an amazing self image. Amazingly bad that is. So something should be done.
