Forgot to post yesterday, but am happy to report that last week was great. I should probably thank my awesome bike ride for that

So this week a loss of 0.6 kg's, which isn't all that bad. After my bike ride I hardly felt the need to eat, so I didn't. The hunger kicked in the day after and I've been eating quite a lot, even though I stuck below my max calories a day. Two days after the ride my body decided it should get a serious cold, so I'm sniffing and sneezing a lot now, but that's ok. Throat feels as if it's made of several kinds of sanding paper, which is pretty annoying though.
So basically, I need to ride more serious rides to get rid of some serious weight. The 80's are coming and I'm glad to see them as soon as possible. This Saturday I'm doing a 80-100km bike ride to scout the ride into and out of work. Each Tuesday I'm planning to ride the bike to work, each Saturday I'm planning to do a 80-100km ride.
