Its been a good week, I was a bit naughty and had pizza for dinner one night, but still have done pretty good, my weight is now 127,3kg, so 1.8kg lost this week and 2.9kg lost overall
I'm very happy with that, Im not trying to starve myself and lose weight quickly, i just want to get healthy and hope that weight loss comes with it.
