I'll try and push for at least 2KG next week. Pretty confident now that I'm seeing the results that I want.
Didn't think I'd get this, I ate quite a lot of junk food and other unhealthy snacks throughout the week. Surprisingly I still managed to lose 1KG, which I'm happy with. It's now been 1 month since I started losing weight, too! February 13th:
