Didn't think I'd get this, I ate quite a lot of junk food and other unhealthy snacks throughout the week. Surprisingly I still managed to lose 1KG, which I'm happy with. It's now been 1 month since I started losing weight, too!
February 13th: 127.7 KG
February 20th: 125.6 KG / weekly loss of 2.1KG
February 27th: 124.6 KG / weekly loss of 1KG
March 6th: 123.2 KG / weekly loss of 1.4KG
March 13th:122.2 KG / weekly loss of 1KG
Starting Weight: 127.7 KG
Current Weight: 122.2 KG
5.5KG lost in first month. Happy with that.
