Well would you look at that -- I gave up yet again. I just forget and go back to all my old habits. I've set myself a bunch of different reminders now so I hopefully won't be forgetting. Luckily I haven't actually gained any weight since I last weighed myself (which I'm quite surprised by).

I've experienced no loss weigh ins too. And I guess, it's normal. Cos sometimes our body reaches the time that it's very immune to our pills or to our routines. But it'll be back on track, i'm positive about that! :) You didn't lose in two weeks but you're back on the third week! Good Job!

17+ kg loss over the last year (off and on) is GREAT! and awesome job on returning without a gain after all the time off.. When i started reading, i was like this person is doing great, then i realized it was a post started a year ago and was like great another unfinished topic.. was glad to see you came back!!

I had 2 weeks of me being the same weight (no loss or gain) but i blame that dang easter bunny for that lol. But last friday i also had a 1kg loss.. :)

Keep up the good work!! (i'll be stalking lol)

I always end up returning. :) I kind of give up or say to myself that I'll resume next week, time goes by so fast though.

When I do decide to come back and lose weight again I'm happy to see that I haven't gained any during that time. I gave up (not even sure why) again after the April 22nd weigh-in and decided last Thursday that it was time I gave it another go. Gave it my best effort and amazingly lost 2KG over the weekend. This is a huge confidence booster, I shouldn't be giving up no more. ;)

I also lost 2kgs last week and it is an awesome boost knowing we CAN do this!!
You are getting closer and closer to double digits :)
I was/am alot like u giving up time after time, not so much giving up but taking a "break" but this time I want to be under 100 soo bad!! I'm determined to stick to it, I hope this 2kg loss drives you all the way to ur goal :)

Yeah I wasn't really giving up either, probably not the best choice of words. I always say to myself "I'll start tomorrow..." but it never seems to happen. <.< I'm not sure why I decided to start again... it was kind of random, but having trouble getting to sleep is a big part of it (It's annoying to awake up for a couple of hours in bed, trying to get comfortable) . I'm pretty determined to go all the way this time though, even more than when I first started last year. Getting to 99KG will be an awesome milestone, it's been like 4 or 5 years since I weighed <99.

Its hard I know and it is difficult to guide anyone in the right direction.

How about a start is to acknowledge what your weight is now and what you want to be each week for the next 4 weeks. Once you write it down you start to become more target focused.

How does that sound for the start?

3.2 KG lost in one week! I had to weigh myself a few times more than usual just to be sure I wasn't going mad! Super happy about this one. :D
