Hardly a secret -- eat less and eat healthier. I don't do much more exercise than I usually do when not trying to lose weight, it's all in what you eat. Basically: no snacks, cut down on the size of your meals, etc. "Just a little more won't hurt" or "Just one more won't hurt" will actually hurt your progress. Having the willpower to say no is so hard though! :wink:

Back on track this week. I've also decided to lower my goal from 80kg to 70kg.

Happy with this week, I don't expect the same from next week but it should be at least another 1kg.

I have just read through all of your updates, well done! You are doing so amazingly and even though you have a few off weeks, you come right back and keep on going! Good on you and congratulations! You'll be reaching 70kg in no time! :D

Yeah, this is the tough time. The glorious loss days are gone. This is where character is built. You are doing great. Keep grinding them out and the goal will be reached.
