I decided to give it a break over Christmas, and surprisingly I didn't gain any despite me eating a full block of chocolate and a lot of food during Christmas. Gave it a bit of effort the past week and managed to lose 0.8 KG, pretty decent.
Thats a fantastic effort!! I did the same over Christmas and decided to give myself 2 or 3 days of eating treats (trifle ... mmmmmm), and didn't weigh myself. Still managed to come away with a 300g loss which I was really happy with and gives me confidence that I'll be able to maintain my weight when I finally reach my goal.
Keep up the brilliant work!
