Okay so i am new to this forum ( but so far loving it ). In the last year of my life i have gained 12 kg. i know, crazy right?
Before this gain i was a light weight of only 50 kg (keeping in mind that i am very short). my plan is so lose this weight again. i am at university and am wanting to make a change to my life.
so this is where i start; 62 kg and not proud of it. this may not seem like a weight to worry about, however on my small frame it shows up signifigantly.
by next Saturday by goal weight is to be 60.5 kg. I will achieve this by sticking to my pescatarian diet in conjunction with 1 hour of cycling every day. hope all goes well
