may as well throw in todays foods ...
breakfast: one egg, 40g spinach, small slice low fat fetta
lunch: ratatouille left over from last nights dinner
dinner: (this was the attempt at eating out well) 200g steak, corn, carrot sticks, broccoli, small amt mashed potato
DESSERT: 1/4 of the most ridiculous rocky road sunday (shared with friends - I should have passed - oh well)!! probably came out at 1Tbsp cream, 2 scoops icecream, 1/4 piece of choc pudding!!
tomorrow is another day. starting again
