I am really glad I am weighing in on this thread - I could have sworn I had been hovering at about the same wgt all week but infact I have lost almost a kg since last wed  I suppose this is the issue with checking the scale constantly

anyways - this morning I am at 70.5kg so a loss of 0.9kg this week :P

come on 70!!!!

good morning WL buddies! What an interesting week it has been

so my one night out resulted in an overnight gain putting me at 71.3 at the end of last week - and not quite a week later I am still working it off

Steady but slow decline since then and this morning I am 70.6kg - so overall gain of 0.1 this week - honestly I was surprised by that (ie that one night could be such a setback!) - but most weeks I have been losing so perhaps I am also just slowing down in general on top of a night off??

All good though - still super motivated and I can see that 70 approaching once again :D COME ON!!

hmph - darn daily fluctuations - I would like to post my lowest this wk... but I should probably post what I am today ...

weigh in is 69.8 - so only 200g down from last week - but we are in the 60s!! :D (weighed in at 69.3 a couple days ago and have been eating really well and exercised my ass off between a giant walk and yoga yesterday, although I often find the scale goes up after a big day of exercise so not unexpected)

Well today is 69.1 again - which may look like no change - but in reality I went up last week quite significantly after the initial drop, whilst I was eating 1200cals and exercising... annoying, but oh well - have changed up to calorie cycling the last couple of days (monday = 1400, tues = 1200, today = 1600 etc), dropped back to 69.1, whether that was going to happen anyway? probably - but I have been hovering between here and 71 for like 3 wks so it seems like time for a change anyways - will do this for 2wks - see how it goes - then I am going on holidays for a couple weeks where it is going to be hard to count cals as I will be at home being fed rather than making my own meals - but I am going to try v hard to still eat healthy foods - I don't want to undo even a weeks worth of work! It is going too slowly at present to throw it away!!!

Anyway - feeling good - have had some lovely comments from friends and family I have caught up with in the last couple of weeks which is exciting :D hopefully the scales start moving again (gawd I feel like I am saying this every day for the last month  )

Back from a 3wk holiday - posted about my eating in the 12wk challenge - so wont reiterate - but havnt gone up like I thought I would, only a little... Will weigh in here on Saturday so I have a couple days to get back into the swing of things - having taken quite a break from normal calorie counting (ie healthy choices but main focus = that final number) I think I am going to try something different now, perhaps in combination with logging foods on myfitnesspal still so I have a good record of what I am doing and how it is affecting me (I quite like this system, it means I can actually go see what I have done and I also have managed to stick to one plan a lot longer than I ever would before) - anyway - new plan = Paleo, which someone I trust highly recommended to me and which, having read the first couple chapters of Robb someone's book, makes excellent biological sense to me (he goes through the hormone pathways that are affected by intake of sugar vs protein and what this then does to your metabolism and body processes - in a simplified way of course - but it makes sense) - I am not sure how much fun I will have without carbs... and I am planning on going in a little slowly as I have meals frozen that include bread etc at this point that I still intend to eat before restocking my fridge with all veg, meat and berries - also cuts a lot of dairy where possible, which is quite a staple for me, so I feel that will be a big change and quite a challenge. Anyway - it sounds good in theory and I am quite keen for a change of scene so I will see how this goes in the next couple of weeks or so :)

68.5 this morning :D

Have not made the total switch as yet but where I can logically do so I have moved away from sugars, carbs, dairy - anyway - feeling good and so happy to be back under where I left off in less than a week :)
