Well today is 69.1 again - which may look like no change - but in reality I went up last week quite significantly after the initial drop, whilst I was eating 1200cals and exercising... annoying, but oh well - have changed up to calorie cycling the last couple of days (monday = 1400, tues = 1200, today = 1600 etc), dropped back to 69.1, whether that was going to happen anyway? probably - but I have been hovering between here and 71 for like 3 wks so it seems like time for a change anyways - will do this for 2wks - see how it goes - then I am going on holidays for a couple weeks where it is going to be hard to count cals as I will be at home being fed rather than making my own meals - but I am going to try v hard to still eat healthy foods - I don't want to undo even a weeks worth of work! It is going too slowly at present to throw it away!!!
Anyway - feeling good - have had some lovely comments from friends and family I have caught up with in the last couple of weeks which is exciting
hopefully the scales start moving again (gawd I feel like I am saying this every day for the last month
