Weekly weigh in - down 3.5kg this week
A good 1st week. Being on holidays really helped me to have time to think about how to best support myself through the necassary changes. PLanning my food intake inadvance was definitely a GOOD idea, as was daily exercise (one rest day and all other days 30 to 60mins of walking).
Back to work next week - maintaining new habits will be harder but I'm highly motivated to succeed so that should help.
