Ah, week 1 down and no change in weight!! Still 84 kgs.
Looking back over the week I had to travel interstate for 4 days and made some not so great food choices, but did make some good ones as well, so that is progress I suppose. I also included a bit of exercise in, so thats a start too. Week 2's focus will be to do some form of exercise each day.... will see how it goes. Thanks for your support.
