Tal's Weekly Scale Jumping

So Tuesday it is!
Figure I'll weigh in every Tuseday morning after I wake up.
For now I'm still in the beginning stages of my new life, I start officially on the 1st of May, but I want to see how much I lose between now and then.
So:

Starting weight as of today: 119.1kg.
Highest weight ever (last week): 121.1kg
Desired Goal for Now: About 80kg
Desired Overall Goal: 70kg - 75kg though I'll probably adjust this when I get closer to it.

Here's to a new, more confident, healthier me!

Ok I'm changing it to Monday's now to align with the 12 week challenge and weighing in at the start of my week just seems cleaner :)

So I'm 117.6kg at the moment whch im pretty chuffed about. I only started my new diet yesterday so hopefully it should work out that I drop a fair bit more if I keep going :D

Lost a kilo in a week and I'm sure it would have been more if I had have stuck to my diet but I'm pretty pleased with 1 kilo! :mrgreen:
