Some great losses there everyone, well done. :D

Even though we went to an all you can eat place for Dinner as it was my sons birthday and I did have a couple of Scotches & Coke (diet) this week I am very happy with still having a loss of 1kg :D

Last Week: 123.4
This Week: 122.4

Hey guys! Haven't popped in for a couple of weeks, haven't had the net. Anyway, last week: 109.8
this week: 107.9.

So in 6 weeks on the success program I have lost a total of 8.8kg!!!!!! I am soooooo proud of myself!!!
(just had to share my exciting news!)
I am well on my way :)

Since I am still in the 12 week challenge I will post weekly till it is finished then monthly...okey dokey. :D

this week 58.5kgs


Well done everyone keep up the fantastic work. If you've had a gain look at where you may have gone off track, pick yourself up and get back on your plan, don't give up. You can do it!

It's been 5 months since I last looked in here. KimE, you've done well!

Just to encourage you, it is possible to achieve your goal and keep the weight off. As an update, I've maintained the same weight now for 5 months. I've also decreased my fat content and increased my muscle mass by about 2kg. In the heat of summer, my main exercise has gone from walking to swimming, and I try to get in a 2km swim every day. My resting pulse rate has gone from about 90 when I was about 120kg, to about 62 now.

So keep up the good work. You can all do it, and when you get there, it is possible to maintain it with a healthy lifestyle.

I can almost guarantee that when you get there, you'll feel great, enjoy life more, and think much clearer too, so it's something to look forward to.

Thanks Jim and that is excellent news about you maintaining the weight loss. Well done! :D There is a maintenance section so feel free to join in there and give us any advice you have.

I will continue to work on my body fat % as I still have dreams of being below 20%. I've just started but feel optimistic as I know I have made changes that are now part of my life. Time will tell.
