It's been 5 months since I last looked in here. KimE, you've done well!
Just to encourage you, it is possible to achieve your goal and keep the weight off. As an update, I've maintained the same weight now for 5 months. I've also decreased my fat content and increased my muscle mass by about 2kg. In the heat of summer, my main exercise has gone from walking to swimming, and I try to get in a 2km swim every day. My resting pulse rate has gone from about 90 when I was about 120kg, to about 62 now.
So keep up the good work. You can all do it, and when you get there, it is possible to maintain it with a healthy lifestyle.
I can almost guarantee that when you get there, you'll feel great, enjoy life more, and think much clearer too, so it's something to look forward to.
