Well i know i should have started this ages ago but here we are.
I started at 106.7
Week 1 - 106.1 (800g)
Week 2 - 105.6 (500g)
Week 3 - 105.3 (300g)
Then this week (drum roll)
Week 4 - 103.9 (1.4kg)
This week was my biggest loss and my worse week ever. I had a very busy and big weekend and then got so sick I could hardley do any exercise to make up for the weekend. So my goal this week is to up the anty in the exercise department because this last week might need a week to bite me in the bum.
Also i am following the Jenny Craig program and using Wii Sports Active for my exercise.
