i have tried the atkins diet a few years ago.. i am not very good at sticking to diets so i just like to do my own which is just eating healthy and exercising, thats how i lose my weight!
i havent been on this for about a month now but i weighed myself the other day and i have lost 3kgs since i last wrote on here which makes me 77kg now WOOHOO
i have been hitting the gym and being more strict on what i eat
next goal is 75kg, which i reach hopefully before next month! wish me luck!!
