Okay, so i have been overweight for as long as i can remember and i really want to change my life around. i have been trying to lose wight for quite some time now but have found myself on a standstill.

Last year August i weighed 100kg and right now i am currently weighing 80kg. so i have lost about 20kg :D i am happy with my accomplishment but need to keep losing weight but i am finding it really hard to do, so i thought i would find something to help keep me motivated such as this forum.

Hi, thanks for the welcome :)

I am currently using my treadmill everyday for 30 mins and then other exercises such as skipping, jogging, gym1000 (which is an arms workout) and anything else I think can think of during the day.. I have been the same weight for about 5 months because I stopped being healthy and exercising so I'm trying to change that around :)

You have done very well yourself, keep up the good work! :D

Also know more about [Link Removed] how many calories you need to lose weight so that you can easily cut pounds.

i have tried the atkins diet a few years ago.. i am not very good at sticking to diets so i just like to do my own which is just eating healthy and exercising, thats how i lose my weight!

i havent been on this for about a month now but i weighed myself the other day and i have lost 3kgs since i last wrote on here which makes me 77kg now WOOHOO :D i have been hitting the gym and being more strict on what i eat

next goal is 75kg, which i reach hopefully before next month! wish me luck!!
