No change this week. I have to say, I have a pretty lousy, cheap set of scales that are the old-fasioned kind, not digital, so I can not tell if I have lost or gained small to moderate amounts of weight in the range up to about 500 or 600 grams.

I think I probably should buy at least a cheap set of digital scales.

Hi carla, I have the same problem...

was going to buy a set of fancy digital scales but instead I use the ones at my gym for free

it would be good because it can be disheartening to NEVER see results... even a 100g loss is a loss!

maybe you can weigh in at the chemist or something? or buy a good set of scales that will last a lifetime.. im sure some people on here could suggest good ones that wont break the bank...

i just got the home collection digital scales from woolworths. someone else on here recommended them awhile back. theyre cheap and they tend to show the same weight if you get off and then back on again. i weighed in at the chemist once and they showed the same as the home collection ones i have and i hadnt eaten anything or drank anything either. also the chemist ones have to be configurated weekly to ensure theyre correct.
