For me, it's week one weigh in ;/
It hasn't been a full week as yet, because i only started on thursday but i want my weigh in day to be a Monday.
I've only lost..1.3kg
Which is a good effort for the first week, although i would've liked it to be a little bit more. maybe around the 3.5/4 kg's.
I've got the exercise part down pat, it's not just the food and it's not the main meals. They've been 100% on what i would eat previously. However, it's the snack and although they're healthy too. it's the extra piece or two of chocolate i sneak.
So that's what i shall work on this week, cutting down on the extra piece or two and hopefully, next week we will see better results.
