DAY ONE - 8/8/2011
Today is day 1 for me and I'm going well so far, determined to live a happier and healthier lifestyle!
I'm starting a low calorie diet which I have found successful in the past. I don't cope well on the shakes or no carb kind of diets.
I would like to exercise 45 mins today on the treadmill or using the new X Box exercise program which is fun and I believe could be effective
