Ok. today weighed in and i am 75.7kg :|
Have been trying to control my craveings for the past few days.
Had a double quarter pounder burger,chips,few blocks of chocolate and half
a packet of maltesers yesterdsay. :x I wont be continuing with the shakes
as i am not satisfied.Will be focusing more on fruit and vegetables in my diet this
week and excercising more. :|

So frustrating when it goes UP!
Good luck with the vegies - I've learnt to avoid fast food places which is good, but when you're in the supermarket and you're spending money anyway... Definitely suggest avoiding the sweets isle altogether - at least then if you give in you can only buy bar sized chocolate etc., no whole blocks!

You've just stopped optislim - are you following a new program now or just trying to stick with 'eating healthy'?

I Think my scales are not working :lol: found with the shakes you feel hungry after a while.
I think they would work if you stick to it 100% but i enjoy eating food.
Im just eating more fruits during the day and having my dinner before 7pm.
Also i have sugar substitute in my coffee i have about 4 to 5 cups a day.
Hope to loose a 1kg this week. :)

Not happy with the result this week.
I was watching my calories this week and doing physical work around the house.
I over ate yesterday on junk food,wont be doing that any more.
I was curious to check my weight on friday and i was 74kg :?:
Anyway new week ahead. :arrow:

So this morning i am 72kg after a week of
reducing my calories and switching from the excercise bike
to the elliptical.Noticing i get a better workout.It was hard at first using the elliptical,killed
the first time i used it for about 5 minutes.Now i do half an hour 2 times a day 5 days a week.
During the week i have an apple for breakfast ,snack ,cashew nuts afew cups of coffee and water,and lunch and dinner have a protein shake.
Just finished eating a lebanese wrap with tuna and
mayo,so yum :D ,that was my treat this week instead of the usual burger or
choc cake.On the 1.10.11started substituting my lunch and dinner with the protein shakes
I have noticed that it has greatly reduced my appetite,must be the whey protein isolate.
Feeling strong enough to get to my mini goal in 2 weeks .

This morning weighed in and im 70.7kg :shock: .
So far so good with the crash diet that im on averaging
1.5 to 2 kgs a week.
My theory is that if you go below the recommended amount
of calories a day eg 1200 and not do any excercise than you would go into starvation mode
and not loose weight.But I have been roughly eating 500 to 900 calories a day and doing
30 minute cardio 5 days a week and im not in starvation mode because i am doing my cardio
and seeing fast results on the scale.

Looks like ive hit a plateau.
Might start using the bike. :|

*CHOCOLATE
*CHIPS
*BISCUITS
*REFINED CARBOHYDRATES(white bread,pasta)
*SUGAR
*MEAT
*COOKED DINNERS(Healthy or not)
*ALCOHOL
*SOFT DRINKS
MONDAY TO SUNDAY>
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with warm water,skim milk and hand full
of sultanas.
coffee with skim milk and 1 sugarine sweetener.
Lunch:
Wholemeal pita wrap with 95g canned tuna,lettuce,beetroot
and mustard.
coffee,water.
Snack:
Smoothie, skim milk and banana or small bowl of low fat yoghurt.
coffee.
Dinner before 7pm:
Apple,coffee and glass of water.
I do 30 minutes or more of cardio(elliptical,walking) or physical activity
(mowing)
5 days a week.

This morning weighed in and I am 66.2kg :shock: .
After last sundays little binge on takeout and chocolate and chips thought
I would of put weight on (Havnt had any junk food for over a month).
Mind you after the binge didnt feel good!
I think going on this diet has made me realise that I can control my cravings and
stick to healthier eating.
Just have to be on my best behavior until xmas and I should be fine.

Ok... Have been sitting on 66.6kg to 66.9kg for afew weeks.
Started early with the xmas eating and drinking afew days in a row. :oops:
Discovered plain vodka mixed with diet lemonade,ice and a bit of
lime juice has nearly no calories and does the trick!
Anyway... definately see and feel more confident with myself. :)
Cant wait to pig out on Xmas day and boxing day!
Should be 64kgs by New Years Eve(Heres Hopeing).
