So this morning i am 72kg after a week of
reducing my calories and switching from the excercise bike
to the elliptical.Noticing i get a better workout.It was hard at first using the elliptical,killed
the first time i used it for about 5 minutes.Now i do half an hour 2 times a day 5 days a week.
During the week i have an apple for breakfast ,snack ,cashew nuts afew cups of coffee and water,and lunch and dinner have a protein shake.
Just finished eating a lebanese wrap with tuna and
,that was my treat this week instead of the usual burger or
choc cake.On the 1.10.11started substituting my lunch and dinner with the protein shakes
I have noticed that it has greatly reduced my appetite,must be the whey protein isolate.
Feeling strong enough to get to my mini goal in 2 weeks .
