Okay I admit I was sooking last week. I don't think it was time of the month as I haven't had a period for 19+ months, haha! (I'm breastfeeding, he's 10 months though so... I figured it was fine to diet, I'm just not doing anything too limiting). I was sick that week however. EXCUSES!
Right after I had my breakfast that morning, I did a (tmi alert) big poo, so that was probably contributing.
Anyway weighed myself this morning, and am back to 85kg (what I was week before last). Its a relief, but its also annoying, thinking that I've delayed proper weight loss by 2 weeks now! Argh! Well anyway, back to being my good self
