I figure this is a pretty good way to keep track of my weight loss journey and also to keep myself accountable each week. Maybe I'll think twice before eating that chocolate if I have to weigh in here each week!
So just as a bit of a background, at my lightest I was 60kgs or so... then I went to uni and started working at KFC and ballooooonneed out to 78kgs!! (im only 164cms tall). So i worked really hard and managed to shed most of the weight and get back to a respectable 63kgs and stay that way for probably a year. Last week I jumped on the scales for the first time in ages and to my horror I was now 67.2!!!
Definitely not a good direction to be heading in before summer! So let the diet begin! My goal would be 60kgs but I just want to feel happy and confident in a bikini... without boardshorts (eeekkkkkk!!!). Have never ever worn a bikini without boardies! So at the end of this I will post a piccy in them!! Haha
