So I have weighed in today but only lost 300gms however......please see title. I am trying to stay posisitve as I know I have done everything right this week (apart from a minor slip on our anniversary). However I know that the lack of loss is predominantly down to hormoes - TOTM mostly, so....here's to reaching my mini goal next week! :)

MGW: 67kg ACHEIVED!! 6th October 2011 :)

May have a bit of a tricky weekend ahead but, I shall try to stay on the straight and narrow! We are taking our daughter and her little friend to the Royal Show where there will be lots of delectable fried foods available at every turn AND we have 2 meals out with friends so challenges, challenges!

I am going to be strong though - can' t turn back now! :lol:

Hey! You're doing awesome! I find that I get a little discouraged when the losses are so small each week, however I just look at it as being the less you've got the less you've got to lose. So long as each week the scales are moving in the right direction (most weeks!) then all is good. Just being conscious of what you're eating and making better choices is a change for the better! Don't feel guilty about having some treats on special occasions like at the show, by eating healthy the rest of the time it allows you to lasthout a little when out with friends and things.
