Weigh In - Survivor

Postby SURVIVOR » Tue Sep 13, 2005 10:33 am

I was 125kg less than a week ago. I am 123kg today!! I cannot beleive it. All I have done is cut out the rubbish. That was my first goal. If thats why I lose just cutting out rubbish imagine what I can lose when I eat smaller meals, healthier meals and excercise. For the first time in a really long time I can see a light at the end of the tunnel (and its not an oncoming train!) thank you guys for your support. I can do this!

Meg it's going to be exciting watching your weight go down, you just might end up being our weight loss champion for the month if this keeps up.

If you want, you can click here http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/t ... signer.php and click on weight-loss then follow the step by step instructions. When you get to the end it will show a few code (bbCode, HTMLcode, ezCode) just copy and paste all of the bbCode here to this Weightloss Forum and your pretty graph will emerge when you click on the submit button.

Clicking on anyones ticker graph is another way of getting to the ticker factory to fill out your weights.

Am searching for good recipes, low fat & sugar but low preservative too. That way my 5 year old is getting healthy too. He is very very hyperactive so can only benefit us all.

weird but I have now lost 3.4 kg in about a week. All I am doing so far is cutting out rubbish and not snacking so often.
wow. I never seemed to be able to say no to someone who offered me rubbish now I can.

thanks so much for your support maybe theres a chance I could get out of this obesity.
