Thanks Skylla - I didn't even bother to post this week because I just stayed static - I know the reasons why; a). I ate alot of "non-diet" foods! b). I drank a bit of alcohol c). Not as much exercise and d). (The main reason I am blaming!) TOTM!!
Never mind - back to the grindstone now - I am concentrating on trying to get into the 64's! I have even more incentive now because my colleague at work needs to loose 15kg as a direct order from her oncologist so I am going to try and urge her on.
It's not easy though, when you get to near your goal because everyone keeps telling me "you are fine now - just stop" or worse - "you are getting too skinny" I just want to scream that I am still a very long way from the bottom end of the BMI scale and I would just love to get to 63kgs just to say that I achieved it!
You aren't so shabby yourself Skylla - let's just push each other on - it's a bit of a slog once you are over the big 4.0. I think but, let's kick on!
