Hi there! I'm starting my own tracker and progress page so I can monitor my development. Well, I saw a lot of topics about this and I'm sure this little diary helped many of the members.
Well, currently I'm on hundred kilos. By October of next year, I'm gonna tie the knot with my boyfriend for 4 years. Well, it's about time, I guess, we're aging, hey! I don't want to be in this size when I wear my magic gown. Well, I don't weigh this much a year ago. But I guess, stress brought me here. I was swamped with too much work and there's so much pressure in the office where eating made me calm down and relax. I didn't know I was blowing up like a balloon. Didn't realize until I had to clean my room and found old clothes which gave me a disappointment. None from them fits me!
So then a couple of months ago, a friend advised me to take a fruit supplement which she said will help me control my appetite. Didn't take it until after a month. Well, i couple it with home exercise and a formal work out, if i have time. Haven't tried to weigh in yet but I will see then.
