Hi babylove. Thanks for giving attention to my thread. I used to hate scales but now i'm starting to love it.
I only weigh in fortnightly. My take on that is because I will be seeing bigger figures, then it will motivate me more. At work, i am starting to practice walking around and chit chatting with my colleagues when I'm not really busy and beginning to look for munchies. LoL
With that, I get to talk to my pals, i burn some calories and can avoid munchies! Does that sound great? Hahaha
