Hi Marga,
Hows things going today?
Glad to hear your clothes were fitting better already and you felt better, i think that the ultimate goal of all this is health first, and weight loss is a secondary thing (a by product of living healthy and clean).
Dont get too caught up in the scales, just take one day a week to weigh in and record it a a motivational tool.
What is different at work now so that you dont get the munchies when stressed?

Hi babylove. Thanks for giving attention to my thread. I used to hate scales but now i'm starting to love it. :lol: I only weigh in fortnightly. My take on that is because I will be seeing bigger figures, then it will motivate me more. At work, i am starting to practice walking around and chit chatting with my colleagues when I'm not really busy and beginning to look for munchies. LoL :lol: With that, I get to talk to my pals, i burn some calories and can avoid munchies! Does that sound great? Hahaha

Hi Marga!

Great to see your still on the band wagon and losing weight. Sounds like your losing a healthy amount of weight each fortnight :) Work used to be a struggle for me too. Keep some healthy snacks suck as rice crackers or corn thins in your draw in case you really need something to munch on. :)

As for me, almost a week had passed after my first weigh in. Well, feeling a lot better now. I don't starve myself and I get to eat what I want. The only difference is, now, there's a limit on what I take. I don't know but I get full easily. And i'm so happy about it. How about you? Are you feeling the effects of your work? :)

I like what you said abt just having limits, I love my fitness pal for that reason. Having a serving size is a powerful thing as well as considering nutritional breakdown.
N oprobs sticking to my plan, my hurdle is how I feel abt myself. I feel just awful abt myself and facing what I've done to m.y body. Eek.

So happy for your losses. :D I have just started again, weigh day for me is Friday, so 6 days to go. Break your loss into small goals, and reward yourself for each one, not food, but may a pedicure of manicure etc

update update update..i weighed in this morning and i am now down to 93 kilos. so that's a loss of whooping 5 kilos in 1 month! i can't believe it but i know i did very well on the month of january. thanks acaislim for this reward! i am loving every day now.

The month is almost over and I weigh myself today. :lol: I was actually planning to do it monthly but then I got excited this morning.

If I loss 5kg in January. Then i guess, i'm better this February. The month still has a week to run and I've lost 3kg already. i think id be losing 3 more by the end of the month.

The magic of my acai is really working at its best on me now. :D :D :D Couldn't be any happier!
