Today's weigh in: 88kg.
No weight loss this week! I have exercised 6 days a week this week and eaten really carefully/well. I'm sitting on 1200 calories a day and somedays I even eat a little less. I do 20 mins Zumba every second day and a 40 min workout at the gym every other (have been doing this for 2 weeks now with total weight loss at 1kg thus far)...
Does anyone have any ideas about why I have not lost this week? Feeling a little discouraged after a solid start...
Although, my clothes are fitting better, and my boyfriend has said I LOOK better. Is it possible for me to have still been successful this week without anything showing on the scales?
Any advice/knowledge would be great!
