Jogging is going well, I'm working up slowly so the first week I did four lots of two minute jogging intervals and nearly died, and now I've started doing five three minute intervals with only 2 minutes recovery between each and I'm still breathing normally at the end! I guess gradual (really gradual
) increases are the key.
I'm doing 2 degrees at uni (I'm a little indecisive that way), one is a fine arts education course for high school teaching, and the other is a bachelor of Design. It gets a little hectic with 8 years of study being squished into 5, but I'm hoping that I can get myself into a routine for exercisng before I begin 3rd year! If you can do it while doing uni and looking after kids then I really have no excuses
